A waste treatment policy
- On-site waste collection center with selective sorting,
- On average 40% of event-related waste is sorted,
- Rooms fitted with bins to collect four types of waste (industrial waste, cardboard, plastic film and glass),
- Sorting centre at the loading dock: part of waste is compacted, and additional sorting helps reduce the number of bins,
- 60% of waste generated by staff is recycled.

Reduced consumption
- Regular monitoring of electricity use,
- An energy map of the site,
- Automatic shut-off of lights when spaces are unoccupied,

- LED lighting in the lobby, with progressive replacement of regular lights by LEDs,
- Renovation of the HVAC system,
- Use of treated outside air before startup of air conditioning,
