Author-composer and performer of gospel music, Dena Mwana draws her inspiration and her influences from her experience with God, her daily life, that of her loved ones and of the Christian community.
Several times awarded at the African Gospel Music & Media Awards in 2013 and 2019, his latest single, titled Souffle, was released on November 22 and the clip already shows 1.4 million views on Youtube!
After more than 200 concerts around the world, Dena Mwana will be on the stage of the Palais des Congrès in Paris for Saturday, october 30, 2020.

An artist from the Congo, Dena Mwana is a songwriter and performer of gospel music, but also conductor of praise and worship, speaker and motivator.
As a child, she was part of the “Notre Dame de Grâce” Choir in Kinshasa. In 1996, her unique voice was noticed in the recording studio when she sang a patriotic song with schoolchildren in the capital.
2004 marks the beginning of her career when she founded the group "A Cappela" in the company of 4 other artists. Two years later, she moved to the United States and more specifically to Virginia where she put her talent to the service of local churches. She has participated in numerous Christian festivals and concerts: today she has no less than 200 concerts around the world.
His musical influences and inspiration come mainly from his personal experience with God, but also from his daily life, that of his family, his friends and the facts of society that Christians of Congo (his native country) and the United States know. United (his host country).
With two studio albums to her credit (Hosanna released in 2011 and Monene in 2016), Dena was several nominated and rewarded at the African Gospel Music & Media Awards in 2013 and 2019 in London. His latest single, Souffle, was released on November 22 and the clip posted 1.5 million views on Youtube in just one month!
